By installing or using Tryon AI ("the Service") on your Shopify store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install the Service.
Tryon AI provides AI-powered virtual try-on, 3D digital avatars and size recommendation features for Shopify storefronts. Features marked "Pro" require an active paid subscription via the Shopify Billing API.
AI size recommendations and virtual try-on images are generated by third-party machine-learning models. They are suggestions based on body measurements and product size charts and may be inaccurate. Tryon AI does not guarantee fit, sizing accuracy or customer satisfaction.
Generated try-on images are illustrative and may not perfectly represent the actual product. Final purchasing decisions remain the customer's responsibility.
You agree not to:
Paid plans are billed through Shopify's app billing system. Pricing, plan limits and renewal terms are shown in the app. You may cancel at any time through Shopify admin; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and Shopify pro-rates per its own policies.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store and process data, including the third-party sub-processors used to deliver AI features.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not commit to a specific uptime SLA. Scheduled maintenance and third-party AI provider outages may temporarily disable AI features; the rule-based size recommendation engine remains available as a fallback.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tryon AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost sales, returned merchandise costs or reputational harm arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the app dashboard at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
You may terminate by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. Upon termination, all stored data is permanently deleted within 48 hours via the shop/redact webhook.
