Refund policy

Free plan

The Free plan is, well, free. Nothing to refund.

Pro plan

Pro is billed through the Shopify Billing API at $9.99 / 30 days. Charges appear on your regular Shopify subscription invoice.

Cancel any time. You can cancel inside the app (Plans → Cancel Subscription) or from your Shopify admin. After cancellation:

• Pro features remain available until the end of the current 30-day billing period.
• Shopify pro-rates the unused portion automatically per its Billing API rules. We do not charge any cancellation fee.

Pro-rated refunds

Refunds are processed by Shopify, not directly by us. If you cancel mid-cycle and Shopify pro-rates the refund, the credit appears on your next Shopify invoice. If you believe a charge is incorrect, email dienhv4789@gmail.com with your shop domain and the charge id and we will work with Shopify to resolve it.

Free trial

We do not currently advertise a fixed-length free trial. The Free plan provides a permanent functional sandbox so you can validate the app before upgrading.

What's not refundable

• Past completed billing periods (we charge per 30-day period and cannot refund a period that has already lapsed).
• AI inference costs already incurred during the period (we eat those costs internally; you are not charged per call).
